Welsh Water’s business customer sites using more than 50 megalitres of water per year can switch Retailer for clean water services.
How does Open Water work?
Any commercial Welsh Water customer who uses more than 50 megalitres of water per year will automatically become an Open Water customer and be eligible to choose the retailer they would like to provide their clean water services, much like we do for gas and electric services domestically.
Business customers who decide not to switch Retailer will continue to receive retail services from Welsh Water’s dedicated Commercial Retail Team.
Business customers who switch will receive their retail services from the new Retailer, who will be their dedicated point of contact.
